My Reading Habits

Hello!
Well, the tests are almost over, only left with the Mathematics test today. I'm quite bored, so I read a few books recently. I read a book called "Behind the cage". I found out that the way I read the book was very.....I don't know which word to describe it, but i'll just explain it to you anyways.
Let's start with facts. I am a very, very lazy and impatient person when it comes to reading books. I would lie on my bed to read. I know it's bad for my eyes, but it's comfortable! Usually, when I read a book, I'll TRY my best to read from page to page, but well, I'm too impatient.
I can read page to page, but that's at the first half of the book. Usually, when it comes to the climax of the story, I just scan through the pages to find the conclusion. Sometimes, I don't even bother to read some pages and skip to the conclusion!
Also, I get kind of restless while reading. When reading a book, I would usually stop halfway to go out for a walk or go out to go cycling. I enjoy reading books, but sometimes, staring at words, words and words for too long is really boring. However than only happens during the front few pages of the story. Sometimes, I skip to the climax straight away after reading the first 5 or 10 pages just to know roughly how the story begins.
During examinationsm, I usually read story books just to relax. However, sometimes I really kind of busy so, only reading half of the book, I chuck it at one side, and not complete reading the books.
Well, these are my reading habits, do share your habits with me!

Vincent Lo here. Actually it is common for people to have habits like you because sometimes I am like that too! But you have to start the habit of reading the whole book completely because that will really do your english standard good and also you can relax at the same time and I am also glad that you know reading books while lying on the bed is bad for you but you really have to stop that bad habit because sooner or later, you will have to wear spectacles and it is really not nice wearing it.

Reading on the bed, scanning slow-moving chapters, reading the conclusion first - these reading practices are common. You can overcome it with a bit of self-discipline. Usually, I tell myself that if I skim & scan, I may miss out important details that will affect my pleasure of reading the book.
